      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

For a creamier dip add a tablespoon of low fat greek yoghurt, this can make dip quick runny tho if blended for too long!

  • 10 seconds on speed 3 did not

10 seconds on speed 3 did not chop the garlic and herbs at all in my TM5 -- I had to up it to speed 5 and even then it was not a fine chop.

After the beans try 10-15 seconds on speed 5.

We are not ones for dip but our guests are, just made this one and it's great. Even my husband likes it and he never eats dip! Thanks for a simple but great recipe!
