  • 185 gram tin of tuna in oil - drained

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Blitz spring onions and dill on speed 6 for 3 seconds.

     

    Add rest of ingredients and mix on speed 4 for 15 seconds or until mixed.

     

    Scrape into serving bowl.

     

    Serve with vegie sticks & crackers or on rounds of cucumber with sprigs of dill....YUM!

Tip

This is also delicious using different flavoured tuna...I love it with tuna in chilli oil!

Lovely on toasted ciabatta bread for lunch also!
