      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Directions:
  1. Place ingredients into the TM bowl and dry roast for 9 minutes at 100 degrees on Speed 1.

    Remove lid and allow to cool.

    Once cooled, pulse for 2 - 4 times with the TURBO button.

    Store in an airtight jar or container in the fridge.

Tip

Serve with a small bowl of olive oil and a piece of toasted Turkish bread.

  • Nice simple recipe. I

    Nice simple recipe. I quadrippled the recipe so that I have stacks to put into small baby jars as gifts for customers. I think next time I'd dry roast the nuts and spices seperately (or not the nuts at all, just spices to save on time) because when I use to Turbo to chop at the end the nuts are chopped to perfection but the spices are hit and miss.Thanks for sharing!
