Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place garlic cloves into mixing bowl and set speed to 7 for 3 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl, and repeat.
Place a jug on top of mixing bowl lid and weigh in 250gms grapeseed oil. Set aside.
Place egg, vinegar, dijon mustard, salt and pepper into mixing bowl. Mix 1 minute 30 sec on speed 4, while very slowly pouring reserved oil in through the mc hole, letting it drizzle into mixing bowl to emulsify.
Transfer aioli into a bowl and serve immediately or transfer into an airtight jar and store in the fridge.

This dip had a nice texture and was easy to make. The batch size was quite large. Taste wise, I found this dip to be a bit too lemony/vinegary. Thanks for the recipe. Redondo Beach Concrete

This is incredible and so easy! I put in extra garlic because well, yolo. I think if you added some herbs, it would be exactly like the Grill'd herb mayo
