Great recipe, made today with ruby grapefruits and blood oranges. I too like to chop my fruit up a little smaller.

I made this recipe today and while it's tastes divine it's very runny. How can I thicken it? Should I add some powdered pectin? How long should I cook it for again if I do and how much pectin? Thanks

Finally got around to making this...so easy and tastes amazing! I used allulose instead of sugar
and wouldn't know the difference.
Definately a keeper.

Converted this to a Tangelo & Lime Marmalade with great success. I followed all the steps substituting 6 Tangelo & 2 Limes for the Grapefruit & Oranges & it worked perfectly

This recipe was fantastic. I like my peel smaller so I cut the grapefruit up smaller and blended for longer until I got it how I like it. I made more than 3 jars (albeit some were smaller than average), I would sterilise more jars than you think you need. Will be making this again.

A great recipe, thank you! I finely diced my fruit as I prefer the look of the shredded peel (rather than chopped). Then I followed the recipe as directed but on reverse. It set beautifully and tastes delicious

I used 3 grapefruits 1 orange & 4 little mandarins. Yummy! Worked perfectly. Onto my next batch. Thank you for the recipe

I’ve never made a marmalade before but my neighbour gave me some grapefruit from their tree and I told her I’d make her some. This recipe was easy and turned out perfectly. Thank you.

My grapefruit were huge so I used two. The first had relatively little pith so I used it skin and all. The second had a lot of pith, so I scooped out and used the flesh. Also added some blitzed ginger. Used raw sugar (just because I had some to use up) and blitzed it a little longer than suggested because I prefer a less chunky marmalade.
Turned out perfectly and filled 3 jars. Will certainly make again - it doesn't get easier than this!
Awesome recipe! Easy and
Awesome recipe! Easy and delicious, works perfectly - I am making my second batch
Just made this a second time.
Just made this a second time. It is so easy! The first time I only added 500gr of sugar, but this time I did the whole 750gr. Both tastes great to me. Thanks for a great recipe.
Followed the instructions but
Followed the instructions but mine set like a jelly rather than marmalade. Will try cooking for 5 minutes less next time.
Hubby still enjoyed, said it was much better flavour than bought ones. The flesh was too coarse for me so will chop more next time. Still lots of grapefruit on the tree to utilise!
My grapefruits were quite
My grapefruits were quite pithy so I removed some of the pith. Still too bitter for me - but a marmalade affionado I made it for is already on his second bottle and according to his wife loves it with the extra tartness. About to try again with less pith, ruby grapefruit and some crystallised ginger as my Mother has put in a request for a ginger version. One thing I did love about it was how the house smelled the entire day. Beautiful.
I used the ruby grapefruit
I used the ruby grapefruit and substituted 1 orange for another half a grapoefruit- everyone loves it

Thank you for sharing this recipe.
i had some grapefruit that needed using up so thought I'd give it a go. I used raw sugar and the consistency was great. It is a bit more bitter than what I expected but I am still happy with it
