Guacamole with Simple Mexican Salsa

Ingredients

Guacamole

  • 3-4 Avocados, flesh only, no skin or nut
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1-2 small red birds eye chillies, to taste
  • 1/2 bunch coriander
  • 1/2 brown onion
  • 1/2 lime, juiced

Salsa

  • 1/2 bottle brown onion, diced
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1/2 bunch coriander, leaves only
  • 1 scoop sour cream
  • 1/2 lime, sliced

Recipe's preparation

    Guacamole
  1. - Add Onion, Garlic, Coriander and Chilli/es to TM bowl

    - Peplace MC and chop Speed 6 / 10 seconds.

    - Scrape down sides of TM bowl and chop longer if you require smaller consistancy. 

    - Add Avocados

    - Replace TM lid and MC

    - Juice Lime onto lid with your TM spatula.

    - Puree Speed 7 / 30 seconds. 

    - Scrape down sides of TM bowl and puree longer if you require smoother consistancy. 

    - Transfer to serving bowl

    (you can reserve one avocado and chop by hand into cubes and add to dip after to have some chuncks in there if you want a chunky avocado dip rather than a smooth paste)

  3. - Dice onion and tomato

    - Slice lime

    - Put coriander leaves, diced onion, diced tomato, sliced lime and a dollop of sour cream ontop of your Guacamole
