Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
Recipe idea from The Cookbook "Homemade" by Yyvette van Boven.
To make it even smoother try putting a couple of ice cubes in before blending.
Taste will improve over time. For a nuttier flavour toast the mustard seeds first.

Not sure what happened to my comment but here goes.
you have to leave the mustard for at least 3 weeks before you even try it as it needs to ferment or mellow to its true flavours. there is absolutly no gain in trying it before the mellowing period has passed.
