- 25 grams olive oil
Leek & Bacon Sauce
- 4 Bacon Rashes or diced
- 1 leek
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 25 grams olive oil
- 55 grams white wine
- 15 grams Dijon mustard
- 130 grams thickened cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
Recipe's preparation
Add Leek & Garlic to TM bowl & chop 3 Secs/Speed 5, scape down sides of bowl
Add bacon - finely chopped by hand or in TM Bowl 1 Secs/Speed 7 depending on how chopped you would like your bacon.
Add olive oil & saute MC off 2 mins/100 degrees/Speed 1/"Counter-clockwise operation"
Add flour, wine, mustard & cream 4 mins/100 degrees/Speed 2/"Counter-clockwise operation"
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Serve over Chicken or toss through spaghetti.
