This is a quick and easy. Grab it out of the fridge for a quick dessert, put it on a mini pavlova with a dob of cream. Will be making this again.

  • So yummy!! Made it last night

So yummy!! Made it last night & on to toast this morning! I had a whole bunch of mangoes Id sliced & frozen last week until I could do something with them. First recipe I tried was this! A little runnier than I thought it might be after being in the fridge over night, but still spreadable consistency. Perhaps the frozen mangoes was the issue. Either way delicious!
