Roasted Pumpkin, Parmesan and Sweet Chilli Dip

  • 1/2 --- butternut pumpkin
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce
  • 20 gram olive oil

Recipe's preparation

    Roasted Pumpkin, Parmesan and Sweet Chilli Sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 140*C

     

    Roughly chop up pumpkin  and garlic. Place into an oven pan. Coat with the sweet chilli sauce, half of the parmesan and the olive oil.

     

    Cook for approx 30 - 45min or untill pumpkin is cooked.

     

    Place cooked pumpkin pieces and the rest of the parmesan into the TM bowl. Blend for approx. 1min / Speed 5 

     

    Serve immediatly or can be cooled in the fridge untill needed
