Tip
You can sterilise jars by washing them in hot soapy water and placing them upside down in a cold oven. Turn the oven on to 110 degrees C and heat the jars for 10 minutes. Place lids in a pot of boiling water and boil for 5-10 minutes. Pour the sauce into the jars while the jars and sauce are still hot, and put the lids on straight away. The hot sauce will cause the lid to seal as it cools.

So easy & tasty. I made the sauce whilst sterilising a bottle and cooking the pancakes. Then ‘cleaned’ the bowl with some milk for a strawberry milkshake! I’m feeling very capable (oh I love my Thermomix). Looking forward to seeing what else I can enjoy this sauce on...

I love this recipe and have made it multiple times.
I use frozen berries when I need to make room in the freezer (tonight made 1 batch of strawberry and 1 batch of mulberries) or just need more sauce!
I usually use 600-750 berries, keeping the sugar the same but add a little more vanilla bean paste and cook longer.
Than you for sharing this. I'm topping my vanilla chia oat pudding with it (thermobexta recipe). Yum!
