Strawberry,Raspberrry & Rosewater Jam

350 g

  • 300 grams strawberries, Fresh or Frozen
  • 100 grams raspberries, Fresh or Frozen
  • 200 grams raw sugar
  • 50 grams Rosewater
  • 1 apple, Green

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Raw Sugar into TM Bowl, on speed 10 for 5 seconds.

  2. Add Strawberries, Raspberries and Rosewater to TM Bowl.

  3. Cut Apple into 1/4 and only remove the stalk (keep the seeds and skin on the apple) place into TM bowl with the previous ingredients.

  4. Once all the ingredients are in the TM bowl,set time for 25 minutes on Varoma at speed 2.

    Place TM Basket on top of lid to avoid spitting/mess

  5. Check consistency at end of cooking time, if you want thicker cook for a further 5 or 10 minutes.

    If you are happy with the consistency pour into jars, as you pour into your jars you can remove the apple skin if you like.

Tip

If your jam happens to leave a burn mark on base of TM, you can rinse your bowl and add freshly squeezed lemon and let soak for 10 minutes. After soaking rub with soft clothe. If burn mark is still there add more fresh lemon making sure there is a good amount covering the base. Then heat for 1 minute on 100 degrees, speed 1. After heating with the lemon juice you should be able to remove the last of the burn mark with you TM cleaning brush.

 

If you dont want to use Rosewater you can substitute with 1 x Vanilla Bean
