Sugar Free Rosella Jam

Ingredients

2 jar(s)

Jam

  • 250 grams water
  • 30 Rosella Flowers
  • 125 grams Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chia seed (black or white)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Remove the red calyx from the flowers. Rinse well and drain. 


     


    Add the calyx and water to TM bowl. Cook 10 mins/100C/Speed 2 or until soft (with MC removed). 


     


    Add maple syrup and chia seed. Cook Varoma/5 minutes/ speed 2 with MC removed. 


     


    Place in sterlised jars and refrigerate until set.
