  • 2-3cm piece ginger
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 150 g Sweet chilli sauce
  • 150 g soy sauce
  • 50 g honey

Recipe's preparation

    Preparing the sauce
  1. • Place peeled ginger and garlic into mixing bowl

    • Chop 3 seconds speed 9

    • Scrape sides of bowl and repeat if necessary 

    • Add sweet chilli and soy sauces as well as honey 

    • Sauté 2-3mins, Varoma, Speed 1

    • Pour over choice of meat (e.g chicken drumsticks) in oven proof dish and allow to marinate in fridge for a couple of hours 

    • Roast in oven at 160-180 (fan forced) for approx 40mins, turning after 20mins

    • Juices should run clear/flesh be white when cooked

    A lovely marinade we had 1kg of chicken thigh that we marinated for around 24hrs - amazing!! Cooked as per oven instructions and served with rice! Will become a regular in our house. Thankyou!
