  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 Cup tahini
  • 1-2 clove garlic
  • 40 g EVVO
  • 1-2 teaspoon cumin
  • .5 - 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 250 g water, (steaming)

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Slice sweet potato and place in varoma. Place 250g water in bowl and place varoma on top. Set for 20minuts, Varoma speed 1. (*see tip)

    2. Pour out water from bowl.

    3. Add all ingredients to bowl and blend on speed 5 for 20 secs. Scrape down sides and repeat.

    4. If you like it smoother, add more oil and repeat speed 5 for 20 secs.

Tip

    Thanks for the recipe, I ran the mix twice to make it smoother, but next time i think i might add mroe oil or tahini just for a bit extra smoothness.
