- 2 teaspoons baby capers, drained
- 4 Gherkins
- 2 tablespoons Parsely leaves, fresh

Recipe's preparation
Place lemon rind, capers, gherkins and parsely leaves into TM bowl.
Push turbo button for 1-2 secs, 2-3 times. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat.
Add mayonnaise and mix on reverse, speed 2, for 2 minutes.
Add lemon juice to taste.

Made this last night as was given some freshly caught Dhufish. Thumbs up all round. Yes it made heaps but daughter also taking some back to Perth. Didn't quite have the 750ml Mayo but flavour still awesome. Also used plain Mayo as didn't have egg mayo. Worked a treat.
