Ingredients

400 g

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can Chickpeas (rinsed) 400g
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cumin, ground
  • 6 sprig coriander

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop garlic 3 secs, Speed 7

    Add remaining ingredients and process on speed 6 for 30 seconds until smooth.  If the dip is too thick add a little more water and process again, until the desired consistancy is reached.

Tip

Serve with crackers or crudite.  Probably best to make a double batch as my family devoured this in no time at all.  This recipe is suitable for both TM 31 & TM 5

    A dip with flavour, yes! I made a double batch as I know it won't last long in my house. Absolutely flavoursome and yummy. I added the coriander stalks at the end so that the coriander had not blended right through to a smooth paste. That was just a personal preference of mine. Definitely making again...
