If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Place peel in bowl and grate 20 sec on Speed 8
2. Add Coriander and Basil and chop 5 sec on Speed 5
3. Add remaining ingredients except for pistachios 6 sec on Speed 4 or untill desired
4. Add pistachio nuts 5 sec on "Counter-clockwise operation" Speed 2

How much pistachio nuts
How much pistachio nuts please. Could you also tell me what coconut moist flakes are and what sort of shop stocks them? (I'm in NZ). Thank you, I'm looking forward to trying.
