Tip

Ground Salt and Pepper can also be used, it's just more fun using Grandma's mortar and pestle

2 portions created especially for The Daf and Mummy!

For non-thermomix owners, you can use a spoon to mix the dressing and instead of chopping salad roughly, dice it!

The Breakfast Salad is 100% Daphne

The dressing is based on our favourite dressing for Mayonnaise Free Coleslaw by Anita Rossiter: //www.recipecommunity.com.au/side-dishes-recipes/mayonnaise-free-coleslaw/124175
