      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. addbasil and kale and chop 2-3secs speed 6 check and add time if needed do less time if your worried about over chopping you want chunky

     

    add lemon juice and herbamare and oil and then mix 3mins/rev/speed 1

    this massages the leaves softens them up,serve with cherry tomatos and feta i also toasted 20g pepitas to add ltittle crunch i just dry fried them tmrc_emoticons.)

Tip

This was served with chop you could serve with any protien.I used the lighter kale not as bitter and has paler colour with tinge red on leaf
