  • 2 nectarines, Cut in quarters, stones removed
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 20 g lime juice, (approx 1 lime)
  • 1 Medium tomato, cut in half

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place coriander and jalapeno peppers in to bowl and chop 2-3 sec/ sp 7

    Add remaining ingredients, 4-5 sec/ sp 4. 

    Serve chilled with crackers.
