Ingredients

Salad

  • 20 grams raw almonds
  • 100 grams Raw beetroot, (roughly chopped)
  • 100 grams broccoli, (roughly chopped)
  • 50 grams carrot, (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 20 grams red onion
  • 1-2 sprigs of coriander leaves
  • 10 grams fresh lemon juice
  • 10 grams cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, (to taste)

Recipe's preparation

    Salad

  1. Place almonds in the TM bowl and chop for 1 second on speed 5.

     

    Add the rest of the ingredients and chop for 2 seconds on speed 5.

     

    Scrape bowl and check consistency. Chop for a further 1-2 seconds or as desired.
