If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

This would be nice also with some diced red onion baked with the cauliflour, and stirred through the salad.

Bacon is always a good addition to an egg dish tmrc_emoticons.)

This was a delicious salad the bowl was empty at the end of the meal. And I had to cook eggs a bit longer too.

Beautiful taste, however my eggs took over 25 mins to cook. They were the ones in the 700g free range pack. Next time I'll boil them on the stove. Much more reliable and quicker for me. Thanks for posting, it was really nice!
