      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Loved this. Using a TM31, I used 800gr sweet potato and 100ml almond milk.
adding in the spices and butter later.
I probably blended too long tho it ended up silky smooth and absolutely delicious 🤩 Thank for a great recipe. It tasted quite sweet, I could eat it as a dessert lol.

Very easy and tasty recipe. I used the exact amount of milk as in the recipe and it was fine. Didn't bother with the butterfly whisk, just used the normal blades and blended at 4.5 for about half a minute. Thanks for posting!

The cinammon and nutmeg give a distinctive taste to the mash which is great, out of the ordinary. I was happy to see the kids ate it all, however next time I will reduce the amount of milk.

AMAZING! My kids love this! Didn't bother with the nutmeg. I love it just with the butter and cream. No need for the butterfly either. I don't think I've ever used the butterfly for anything other than whipping cream! Thank you for sharing!

So delicious! I added white potatoes as well as I didn't have enough sweet potato. The white potato didn't quite whip up as well so there were a couple of lumps but next time I would just whiz for a bit longer.

Was lovely, I puree'd it, to give it a smoother finish as the kids weren't a fan of the lump texture. Served with Freshly Crumbed Venison with a Red Wine Sauce and Roast Veggies... Complemented the dish nicely.

Ohhhh my ! This was sensational and rediculously easy, and has become our new favourite. I didnt bother to peel and have sometimes added pumpkin sometimes left out the cinnamon but i will always add the nutmeg as strangely enough it reminds me of pumpkin pie...think i need to go make pumpkin pie.

This was great. Made half the recipe and left out the cinnamon and nutmeg to keep it plain for the little ones in the house. Also used a bit less milk 100gms, however next time would probably go up to 125mls if I was doing half batch again. Will definitely make again - there were no leftovers!! Thanks very much.

    Deeeeeelicious.

I made it without the spices as we were taking it to the neighbours and kids were going to be eating it and I just didn't want to risk it - so just butter, salt and pepper only this batch and we loved it.
