Recipe's preparation
Turn Oven on to 200 deg C (Fan forced)
Put a dash of oil (about half a teaspoon) into each cup of a cup cake or muffin tin and place into oven when oven has reached its temp.
Place all Ingredients for Yorkshire Pudding Mix into TM Bowl.
Mix at Speed 5 for 1 - 2 Minutes.
After the tin has been in the oven for 5 minutes take it out and pour the mixture into each cup almost to the top. (Depending on what size the cups are depends on how many you get)
Place the tray back in the oven and cook for 25 minutes or until brown like the pic.
When cooked serve with roast and gravy. (Traditionally Roast Beef but our family like it with any roast)

Tip
You can cook this in a caketin as one whole yorkshire pudding. I do this as a treat for hubby (Birthdays etc) as he loves Yorkshire puddings.
We actually serve this with any meal we feel like that has gravy as the whole family loves them. Eat a piece of yorkshire pudding with a piece of meat and gravy - the best!!!

Will these work if I use a silicone muffin tray?...
Will these work if I use a silicone muffin tray? Or does the tray need to be metal in order to get really hot?

moomin: you shouldnt open oven while they are cooking as they dont come out perfectly otherwise. It can be tricky to cook with other items. I usually have the vegies in a little bit before putting the puddings in. And then leave them till done.

I've made these twice now, I don't know why they are not turning out, the second time I turned the temperature up higher than 200 and cooked for twice as long and they were still doughy inside. Think I will have to try a different recipe next time

Is it because you can't open oven while they're cooking, so if needed to check on roast or veg it would ruin puddings? Thanks.

My family enjoyed these with roast beef and gravy as well as sweet potato mash (which I also made with the TM) - have not had Yorkshire Pudding before so don't have a benchmark. Also, I cannot eat wheat so I used spelt flour and lactose free milk. Very nice and will make again.

great Recipe & super easy!
Wanted to add something extra to tonights dinner, to go with roast chicken, Mash & gravy side. We are a family of 3 (hubby/wide & toddler) so i halved the recipe .. these were yummy & cooked perfectly as per directions and if you follow the recipe (full or by halving it) youwont be disppointed, tasted authentic & took NO time at all. As the ingredients are not high in unnecesary ingredients for a baby, my toddler had one and enjoyed it thoroughly as she loves bread .. will save in my faves!
