Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

This is really a great recipe. I like to eat such dishes, but I do not have time for cooking. I work as a developer here and I write about building medical applications. If you wanna be a professional app developer you should read it.

First time cooking this recipe and it overflowed everywhere, l was not over max mark in bowl.
Recipe was nice but would certainly reduce water amount next time. Don't think l would cook again.

I’m sorry but this recipe was a waste of my time and money spent on the ingredients. It was tasteless the almonds made the soup look uninviting. It was not the hearty soup I was hoping. Very disappointing.
