Chicken Meatballs in Broth

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

Meatballs

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (approx)
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • 250 grams chicken breast, Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon chicken stock
  • 1 egg

Broth

  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 Small carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chicken stock
  • 1 litre water
  • 30 grams olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Meatballs
  1. 1. Place breadcrumbs into a dish, cover with water and let it soak to soften the crumbs

    2. Place the Parsley into the TM bowl and chop sp7, 3sec

    3. Place Chicken into bowl and mince sp7, 5sec

    4. Add soaked breadcrumbs, egg and stock to chicken and bring it together sp4, 5sec

    5. Roll mixture into balls (Approx 1 teaspoon in size) and set aside

  2. Broth
  3. 1. Place Celery, Carrots, Onoin, Garlic and Parsley into bowl and chop sp 7, 4 sec

    2. Scrape down sides of bowl, add Olive Oil and saute Sp 1, 2 mins, Varoma

    3. Add Water and Stock and cook sp 1, 10 minutes, 100 degrees

    4. Add meatballs and cook sp soft, 10 minutes, Varoma

    5. Serve

    I added leftover potato & sweet potato mash.  This will be made again, yum.
