Chicken Noodle Soup (Gluten and Dairy Free)

Ingredients

Chicken Noodle Soup

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 inch piece ginger fresh
  • 1/2 red chilli
  • 70 g shallots
  • 40 g tamari
  • 950 g hot water
  • 20 g Thermomix stock concentrate
  • 150 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 450 g chicken breast fillet, cubed
  • 100 g Celery, (2 stalk)
  • 150 g silverbeet, shredded (5 leaves)
  • 220 g Rice noodles, (or kelp noodles)

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place garlic, ginger, chilli and  shallots into thermomix bowl and chop 3 seconds / speed7.  Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

     

    2. Add hot water, stock, tamari and mushrooms and cook for 6 minutes / varoma / Counter-clockwise operation speed 1.

     

    3. Add chicken breast and celery and continue to cook for 5 minutes /100C / speed 1.

     

    4. Lastly, add noodles and silverbeet (use spatula to push noodles and silverbeet down into soup) and cook 3 minutes /100C / speed 1.
