  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 slice ginger, peeled
  • 1 onion, peeled and quartered
  • 30 grams olive oil
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Zucchinis, medium size
  • 1/2 tomato, in chunks
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 50 grams small pasta shapes
  • 80 grams shredded chicken, (cooked)
  • 2 tsp dry parsley
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper, or to taste
  • 500 grams chicken/veal/beef stock, liquid
  • 500 grams water

Recipe's preparation

    Soup
  1. Chop garlic, ginger and onion for 3 seconds on speed 7

    Add oil and cook for 3 min at 100 degrees on speed 1

    Add carrots and zucchinis and chop for 3-5 seconds on speed 7

    Add the rest of the ingredients except for the pasta and cook for 10 min at 100 deg. reverse speed 1

    Add pasta and cook for 8 min at 100 degrees on reverse speed 1

    Let stand in TM 5-10 mins.

Tip

I didn't measure the liquid exactly but it was pretty close to the 1000 g. I had veal stock that I made myself so I used that. Please make sure the contents don't exceed the limit mark once all ingredients are in. This is the first recipe that I contribute as I've only had my TM for 3 weeks but I'm loving every minute that I use it. I hope someone will enjoy this soup as much as I did!
