Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

All of my kids and I love this. I put vermicelli rice noodles (as I have coeliac disease) and it was yummy! Kids are asking for more. It's a winner. Thanks

I cooked this last night,
(Cooked for 20mins)
only had 2 carrots so I added about 60g frozen corn and about 100g of frozen spinach (3 frozen blocks) and used vermicelli noodles which pretty much disolved but gave the soup a nice consistency.
I will definitely cook this again.
