Recipe's preparation
Chop onion & garlic 3 Sec/Speed 7 scrape down sides of bowl and add olive oil, cook for 3mins/Varoma/Speed 1
Add ginger, curry powder and sugar, cook for 1min/Varoma/Speed 1
Add water, vegetable stock, pumpkin & salt to taste, cook for 15mins/100 degrees/speed 1
Slowly puree 1min/Speed 9
Add coconut mil and heat for 3mins/100 degrees/Speed2
