Recipe's preparation

    Roasted Macadamia Mix
  1. Place Macadamia Nuts and Almonds in bowl Chop 3 sec / speed 7

    Add Pine Nuts and Dry Roast 10 min / Varoma / speed 1

    Set aside.

  2. Sweet Potato and Pear Soup
  3. Place Sweet Potato and Pear into mixing bowl

    Chop 5 secs / speed 7

    Cook 20 mins / 100 deg / speed 1

    Blend 1 min / speed 9

    Serve and Garnish with Macadamia Mix

    Yummmmmmmm this was amazingly yummy for something so simple. I did add a teaspoon of chicken stock powder which I think rounded it out a little. Adding to my faves!

    This recipe was so simple! I had mine plain and found it a little bit bland, but hubby added a little salt and pepper and it was amazing. Being such a simple recipe, I was able to freeze the rest ready for when my 5mth old starts solids. Will definitely be making it again (with a touch of salt and pepper tmrc_emoticons.;) )
