    YUM with scallops!
Did with seeds in chilli and next time I'll de seed as it overpowered the scallops a little. However still delicious.

    Submitted by Tiny on 23. November 2016 - 21:21.

Did it again, loved it even more this time around. Thank you, thank you. I did reduce the salt, and next time will reduce the oil ratio.

1st time with crusty bread as per recommendation, 2nd time with pasta. Equally delicious, depends on occasion.

August 2019 - And again for BAC care package, note to self, bake with lid off. Served with crusty bread and mixed coleslaw with lemon and salt dressing. Yummo and perfect.

    Submitted by Sheripete on 28. April 2016 - 22:09.

Delicious! Made these but only used one chilli and removed the seeds as don't like spicy food. They were amazing and my husband and I ate the whole kilo of prawns! I added a coleslaw to accompany but substituted the creamy sauce for a lime, sesame and salt sauce which was awesome and complimented the garlic prawn flavours.

i didn't have the red long chilis - just small birds eye (which are very hot) - I use one birds eye (de seeded) and a few bit of red capsicum ... Worked out fairly mild - so definitely try with a some chili... I LOVE this recipe!!!
