    delicious...

i've done these to bring to a friends place for 'canapes' - so easy... and i didn't have the jam, i pureed 2 small pears, added it to the pan and the syrup and gave a light cooking and then added the balls...

    bon appetite!

  • I made this as a failsafe

I made this as a failsafe dinner, was in a rush and forgot the egg and flour, but they held together nonetheless.  Big hit here.  Thankyou!

  • These were quite yummy.  I

These were quite yummy.  I used gluten free flour in mine, and only added about 160g, and feel that it was too 'bready'.  Still really good but I like mine meatier so will leave out more flour next time.  As with cookingqueen, I steamed my veggies in the Varoma while the meatballs cooked (they take a while!)

  • Thank-you for a fantastic new

Thank-you for a fantastic new recipe!! i had some spare chicken and didn't know what to make....this was PERFECT!

My son is salicylate intollerant- so it was so easy & tasty, but i did blend the frozen peas with the parsley , spring onion & garlic- ALWAYS a good idea to hide the peas in my family!!

Another Tip; i didn't even wash the bowl- just poured boiling water in and steamed some vegies & couscous, while the meatballs were cooking! Big Smile

  • This is a perfect failsafe

This is a perfect failsafe recipe.  I don't know if you meant it for that purpose, but you should add special diets (failsafe) to your tags.  I can't wait to try this next week when I visit a friend and her new baby who is trying out the elimination diet.  Thanks so much for this recipe!
