Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 160d
Add Chickpeas to bowl"Closed lid"
- Grind 1 minute, speed 10
- Add remaining ingredients, mix speed 3 for about 10 seconds
- Roll out to about 20cm x 30cm between two Thermomats or similar. Score into crackers (roller from mix shop works well). Bake for 15 mins, then separate and turn, bake for another 10 mins or until crisp and golden

Other seeds work well like sesame seeds etc. If mixture too dry, add a little more water or oil, if sticky add a little more chickpea flour.
