- 30 g chia seeds
- 30 g Linseeds
- 30 g sesame seeds

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Blitz cashews 10 seconds speed 9 MC on
Add chia, linseed and sesame seeds and blend speed 4 reverse while very slowly adding water through hole in lid until a stiff dough consistency forms. You don't need very much water.
Place ball of dough in middle of a piece of baking paper and add a second sheet on top. Using a rolling pin, roll mixture into an even layer then very slowly peel top layer of baking paper away. Sprinkle with salt (the amount you use depends on your preference) then use a sharp knife to score into squares
Bake for 10 mins or until beginning to brown (the browning gives flavour but keep a close eye on your crackers so they don't burn)
