- 100 grams Cashews
- 30 grams Flaxseed
- 30 grams Chia seeds
- 30 grams Sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Blitz cashews and flaxseed 10 seconds speed 9 MC on
Add sesame and chia seeds and blend speed 4 while very slowly adding water through lid hole from a glass until a dough consistency forms.
Place ball of dough in middle of a piece of baking paper and add a second sheet on top. Using a rolling pin, roll mixture into an even layer then very slowly peel top layer of baking paper away. Sprinkle with salt (the amount you use depends on your preference) then use a sharp knife to score into squares
Bake for 10 mins or until beginning to brown (the browning gives flavour but keep a close eye on your crackers so they don't burn)
