WW Anna’s apple pie bliss balls

  • 100 grams rolled oats
  • 12 pieces Medjool dates fresh
  • 1 heaped tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 2 heaped tablespoons apple sauce sugar free

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    I copied this recipe from my WW cookbook so I can use it on my thermomix
  1. 1/Process oats, dates, maple syrup, apple puree, coconut, vanilla, spices and a pinch of salt in your thermomix until mixture forms a thick paste.


    note add crystalised ginger or cranberries leave nutmeg and cinnamon out.
  2. Roll tablespoons of mixture into 15 balls. Cover and chill in fridge until firm.
  3. TIPS: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 1 month. Swap apple puree with pear puree. SERVING SIZE: 1 ball
