      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees and grease or line a 12 cup muffin pan (I used spray coconut oil).
  2. Combine flour, sugar, egg, oil and milk in Thermomix bowl and mix 20 seconds/Speed 4 until well combined.
  3. Add cherry pulp (leftover from making cherry vanilla cordial - also one of my recipes) and mix gently 5 seconds/Speed 3 until swirled through.
  4. Spoon into muffin pan, then pop another small spoonful of cherry pulp on top before placing into pre-heated oven.
