Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees and grease or line a 12 cup muffin pan (I used spray coconut oil).
- Combine flour, sugar, egg, oil and milk in Thermomix bowl and mix 20 seconds/Speed 4 until well combined.
- Add cherry pulp (leftover from making cherry vanilla cordial - also one of my recipes) and mix gently 5 seconds/Speed 3 until swirled through.
- Spoon into muffin pan, then pop another small spoonful of cherry pulp on top before placing into pre-heated oven.
