Ingredients

Chocolate coconut macaroons Paleo, egg free, AIP

  • 150 g Shredded coconut
  • 20 g Coconut Flour
  • 25 g Carob Powder
  • pinch salt
  • 45 g coconut oil
  • 70 g Maple syrup

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to bowl in the order listed above
    2. 10 sec speed 5
    3. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix 5 secs speed 5
    4. Roll tablespoons of mixture and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper
    5. Bake for 10 minutes 180 degrees
