Ingredients

Ginger crunch base

  • 250 g Butter, softened
  • 120 g sugar
  • 150 g plain flour
  • 150 g SR flour
  • 1 heaped tsp ground ginger

Icing

  • 340 g icing sugar
  • 80 g Butter
  • 40 g ground ginger
  • 95 g golden syrup

Recipe's preparation

    How to: Base
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    Grease/line a slice/brownie tray.

    Add all the ingredients and blend 20secs/sp4
    Press into the tray and bake for 20-25 mins, or until golden.

    Cool in the tray.

    Ice with the icing.
    Set in the fridge.

  3. Combine all 2.5mins/50°C/sp3, or until well combined.
