Ingredients

300 g

Magnolia Kitchen allergy friendly dark chocolate ganache

  • 100 g coconut cream
  • 200 g dairy free dark chocolate

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Weigh chocolate into a seperate bowl and set aside.

    Heat coconut cream until it starts to bubble around the edges - try not let it boul as it will burn in seconds.

    When the coconut cream is ready, add chocolate to bowl. Allow to rest for about 5minutes. Stir to gently combine.

    Keep ganache in an airtight container at room temperature until ready to use. Always cover with gladwrap pushed flat ontop of the ganache to avoid the gritty crystallised skin forming.
