  • 100 g white sugar
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180 °C
    2. Weigh butter into bowl and melt 2 mins 70 °C speed 1
    3. Add sugars and mix 2 min speed 3
    4. Add vanilla and egg, mix 5 seconds speed 3
    5. Add flour, bicarb soda and salt, mix 40 seconds speed 4 or until crumbles form
    6. Add chocolate chips and stir 30 seconds speed 2Counter-clockwise operation
    7. Roll into 12 balls, place on oven tray and bake for 9-12 mins. Leave to cool on tray and store in airtight container.
