Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. In clean dry bowl mill almonds for 10 seconds on speed 7. Set aside
  3. Without cleaning bowl add the bananas, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ginger. Mix for for 5 seconds on speed 4.
  4. Add the almonds to the bowl. Mix for 5 seconds speed 3.
  5. Place spoonfuls of mixture onto a lined baking tray, leaving a 2cm gap between each.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Using an egg flip slide the cookies off the tray (to avoid them falling apart while they're warm).

    if you like something a little sweeter enjoy with a little golden syrup or honey spread on the flat side. 😋
