  • 50 grams Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 50 grams Disiccated coconut
  • 250 grams rolled oats

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees and line slice tray with baking paper.

    Melt butter, honey and peanut butter 3 mins 60 degrees speed 1 MC on



    Add chia seeds, coconut, oats and mix 10 seconds reverse speed 4



    Scrape down sides, add choc chips and mix 10 seconds reverse speed 3 and then use spatula to incorporate any choc chips not properly mixed in



    Press firmly into slice tray and bake 10 mins or until edges starting to brown



    Wait until slice is completely cool before attempting to remove from pan or cut. Slice into 12 portions using sharp knife

Tip

Because there's no sugar, these musli bars are slightly crumbly. Iv tried adding eggs but the texture becomes rubbery. They are best stored in fridge.

I freeze mine in an airtight container and I love eating them straight from the freezer!
