If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 170°C. Line a 22x1cm loaf tin with baking paper.
- Place dates and water to TMX bowl ( 100 degrees / 5 minutes)
- Insert SB and drain off water then remove SB.
- Add honey and bananas (speed 7 / 4 seconds) until mixture is almost smooth. Scrape down sides and repeat if necessary.
- Add butter, eggs and vanilla. (speed 7 / 6 seconds). Scrape down sides.
- Sift both flours and baking powder into the bowl. ( Speed 4 / 20-25 seconds) until mixture is combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf tin.
Bake for 45-55 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.

Tip
Wholemeal flour can be replace with plain flour
Honey can be replaced with Maple syrup
Add 1/4 cup of walnuts after step 5. for some crunch
