      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Pre heat oven to 160 deg celcius

    Line muffin trays with liners

    Add all dry ingredients, turbo x 2, or until sifted and combined.

    Add all wet ingredients mix 10 seconds speed 6, scrape down and repeat if necessary.

    Transnfer into cupcake tin

    Bake 12-15 mins on 160 deg, check if cooked with a skewer, if it comes out clean they are cooked, if not continue to bake for a few more mins

Tip

This cake batter is a great chocolate cake, it is good for cupcakes, whole cakes of any size with just an adjustment to the baking time

Baking on the lower temp will give you a nice flat surface to decorate

    Thanks for the recipe, i halved the recipe and baked it in a square pan. I also added some almonds and choc chips for crunch.
