Recipe's preparation

    Instructions
    1. Add apple to the bowl & grate 3 seconds, speed 5. Scrape down. If you would like it finer simply repeat the step again.
    2. Add remaining ingredients & cook for 10 minutes, 90*, reverse Counter-clockwise operation, speed 1.

Leftovers store well. Add a dash of milk then reheat when needed.

    Delicious! 2 year old and 8 month old loved it. I didn’t have any sultanas but was fabulous with just the apple.
    this will be a breakfast staple.

    Cooked for recommended time. Porridge was too runny for me so next time I would reduce liquid to say 180g. I also used steel cut oats. I used half milk and half water.

    only got my Thermomix yesterday so this is the first breakfast cooked for us! Yum! 

    We doubled the recipe and only added 3 mins more cooking time. Next time we won't double the sultanas.

    It makes 2 average bowls, I have Been making for one also, have the second reheated the nex morning. Highly recommend the handful of frozen berries if you have them on hand, hope this helps

    in my opinion this is the best porridge recipe.  Others I've made including the chip gives a grey mushed mass but this is fluffy, unctuous and 'old school'.  Either with all milk, some milk/some water or all water - our household enjoys this one the most.  Thanks for posting. tmrc_emoticons.)
