If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
Once you have tried the recipe, feel free to play around with the colour, an substituting other liquids for the milk. For example, a brown icing could be made with coffee or chocolate milk or Chai tea instead of milk, an orange icing coulb be made with orange juice.

This is great. Makes plenty, I reduced the butter by about 10g and added a couple of drops lemon and lime essential oil. Delicious!
