250 g Milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
200 g flour, self-raising
20 g rolled oats, not instant
25 g sultanas, Washed in hot water and drained
30 g raw sugar

Recipe's preparation

Weigh the milk, egg and vanilla to the TM bowl.

and set 4 sec /speed 3

Weigh in the self-rasing flour rolled oats, drained sultanas and raw sugar

Mix for 4 seconds/reverse speed +4 scrape down and repeat if necessary.

Pour portions straight from your Thermomix bowl into a medium/hot buttered frypan and cook till golden brown
