Tip
Tip: don't forget to set a small portion of your yoghurt aside (fridge or freezer) to use as a 'starter' for your next batch!
Full fat ingredients are reccomended.
Yes you can double the ingredients to make a BIG batch! Simply use a large container that fits inside your Varoma.
If using fresh milk, heat milk 10 min / 90°C / speed 2, then allow the milk to cool to 40° or below before starting the recipe.
You can ferment your yoghurt for 8-24 hours. The longer you ferment, the more tart (& healthier) your yoghurt will be.

If you'd like to experiment, you could add a beautiful fruit coulis/jam to the bottom of your jar, before you add the yoghurt mix!

I made the sweet version of this recipe, added a small amount of strawberry coulis in the bottom of the small 120ml jars I purchased from the mix shop. Easy recipe to follow and great tasting yoghurt. This is my first time making yoghurt and I decided to do it because I couldn't find any in the supermarket due to stock not being able to get across to WA. Don't think I'll be buying from the supermarket again. Thanks for posting this recipe

Tried it today for the first time and turned out beautifully. Only question I have is, can you double the recipe? It lasted a whole day and it was gone 😁
